Fast, weight loss and obesity
At the end of the “Jeûne Vitalité” program, a participant may have lost up to 10% of his weight.
If the primary motivation for fasting is losing weight, then the weeklong “Jeûne Vitalité” program can be a great support toward your goal. During this 6-day fast, the participant will have time to reflect on the causes of his excess weight. It should however be noted that the weight loss following a fast is a “temporary” side-effect, which will only last if the participant is willing to follow our specific protocol on breaking fast and acquiring good habits regarding his everyday diet. Our specific protocol on breaking fast and establishing a healthy diet will enable you to avoid the “yo-yo effect”.
A fast or revitalisation cure trigger a weight loss dynamic. After having put his body to rest, the participant should be very motivated and reform appropriately his lifestyle, habits and diet.
Facing one’s mistakes, bad habits and reality can sometimes prove difficult. Our customised support will help you take the first step towards your goals. A fast is always a good time to discover oneself and others. Yoga, Qi Gong, relaxation therapy or sports will also help guide you through this transition.
To obese and morbidly obese people, we propose the “Top Forme” program, with no hikes (replaced by walks around the village), a small food intake (mainly fresh fruits and/or vegetables), and a set of 8 treatments scheduled on mornings and afternoons.
If a second colonic irrigation is necessary, it will be performed free of charge. Bayons is definitely not an end in itself but rather a good starting point. Participating in a fast or a revitalisation cure will initiate a weight loss dynamic. This dynamic can only gain momentum if the participants commits to eat less than he used to and follow a balanced, varied diet while starting or resuming a physical activity when returning home: electric biking, water aerobics, walking or yoga, supported by lymphatic drainage massages or other treatments.
