Adopting a sane diet
The famous writer Georges Bernard Shaw said : “any fool can fast, but only the wise know how to correctly break fast”
The alimentation following a fast is of crucial importance for the cure to have full effect. The way you break fast is the most important part of a fast and requires a lot of attention and time.
Beware of small temptations ! Habits, conditioning, education, change resilience, fears, doubts, beliefs… can easily lead you to break your resolutions !
Resuming a nutritious diet
Pianto associated with St Joseph organic products : ideal to ease into a sane diet and take advantage of the momentum of the fast. These products 99% organic are available and will help you regain an astonishing vitality.
The resumption of a nutritious diet must be progressive, through a moderate food intake of high nutritious quality. The diet will, as far as possible, be composed of raw vegetables, fruits and shellfish and cooked rice and/or quinoa for a few days. A diet based on personal taste can then be resumed, although a serious reform of bad habits should not be overlooked.
Breaking fast and easing back into a regular diet must be gradual. An uncontrolled diet in this crucial phase will hinder most of the benefits from the fast. If a full-blown reform of the personal diet proves necessary, reforming one’s behaviour toward food is often a necessary step…
Food and pleasure must come together.
Regarding your diet, it is wise to listen to Bonne-Maman: “a bite of everything, without any excess” and Bon-Papa: “all that is seasonal is good!” .
Spice up your plate with common sense, pleasure, conscience, free will and friendliness.

What to eat ?
A varied, balanced diet, tailored diet, based on the healthiest possible products. Local products necessarily mean seasonal, if possible biodynamic. Demeter and Nature & Progress labels remain the most reliable in Europe.
The quality of the ingredient is important, not the quantity. Organic, local, natural, alive are still relevant choice criteria. More than the product itself, it is my behaviour towards it that I want to modify…
Consume less, put less in one’s shopping cart, drive less, eat less, and smoke less. Cut down on clicking, calling, watching TV, believing everything you are told and simply enjoy a better life.
